Our mast components have been continuously developed and perfected down to the last detail over many years. We don’t simply use standard aluminum tubes, but rather aluminum profiles manufactured specifically for our requirements, with precisely matched alloys, hardness levels, and wall thicknesses.
The combination of high-quality materials, targeted reinforcements, and a carefully coordinated tube geometry results in a mast with a
optimal ratio of stiffness and controlled bending . These properties ensure that the mast works precisely under load, efficiently transfers forces to the rig, and at the same time offers the necessary flexibility for maximum performance.
The result is a mast that is not only light and robust, but also bends in a controlled and reproducible manner – exactly where and how it is crucial for beach sailing.
